Our Story

About PalmEvents

PalmEvents is Rwanda's home for live sports and event ticketing — built to bring fans closer to the moments they show up for.

Made in Kigali, Rwanda

From Amahoro Stadium matchdays to concerts and live events across Kigali, we make it simple to find what's happening and grab a seat. No queues, no guesswork, no paper tickets that get lost on the way to the gate. Just search, book, and walk in.

Built for Rwanda, built for fans

We started PalmEvents because buying a ticket in Rwanda was harder than it needed to be. Long lines outside stadiums, cash-only booths, and no easy way to know what was on, where, or how to get in. We set out to fix that with a platform that's fast, secure, and mobile-first — because most of our fans are booking from their phones, not a desktop.

Today, PalmEvents connects fans with football matches, concerts, and live events at venues across the city, with digital tickets that work the moment you buy them.

For organizers and venues

PalmEvents isn't just a ticketing app — it's infrastructure for event organizers and venue owners. We handle the booking, payments, and entry so organizers can focus on putting on a great event, with real-time sales data and venue booking tools built in.

Who's behind it

PalmEvents is built by URID Technologies, a Rwandan tech company focused on solving everyday problems with software made for the local market — starting with how Rwandans discover and attend live events.
