Common questions

Where do I find my tickets after paying?

Tickets land in your dashboard under "My Tickets" within a minute of payment. You'll also get an email with a PDF attached. If neither shows up after 10 minutes, message us with your order reference.

I was charged but my booking failed. What now?

Don't worry — failed transactions are refunded automatically, usually within 24 hours. If your statement shows a charge after 48 hours, send us the transaction reference and we'll trace it with the provider.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable once an event is confirmed, but you can transfer them to someone else from your dashboard up to 2 hours before the event starts.

How do I change my phone number?

Go to your profile, tap "Edit Profile", and update the number. You'll need to verify the new number via SMS before the change takes effect.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — every ticket has a QR code that's scanned at the gate. Just show it on your phone. We do recommend keeping screen brightness up though.
